Google Ventures Investing Multi-Millions In Life Extension Sciences
Bill Maris, President and Managing Partner of Google Ventures, has $425 million to invest this year, and he’s looking for companies that will slow aging, reverse disease, and extend life.
Another example of Big Corporates seeing the opportunity in life extension technology, which can only be good for all of us. The investment made by these big companies will bring forward the availability of these new medicines and treatments so that we can all benefit from them.
“It will liberate us from our own limitations,” says Maris, who studied neuroscience at Middlebury College, and once worked in a biomedical lab at Duke University.
