In this masterful new article Deepak Chopra has combined the wisdom from his many books and publications to give us all an incite into the 10 elements that make up our individual personal reality.
Although each of us lives our lives on the same planet, we all see (perceive) it in a unique way which is different from the way everyone else perceives their life. So although we are all human beings, we are all, in fact unique.
Deepak explains that “Personal reality has very few givens, in fact. It is constructed from dynamic, malleable materials.
We exist to create, alter, and combine these materials, because above all, personal reality is participatory.
On the other hand, if you renounce your role as creator and participant, you will be a lifelong victim of appearances versus reality.”
The 10 Elements of Your Personal Reality
Deepak has arranged the elements “from the most superficial to the deepest and most fundamental”.
I recommend you read and absorb the 10 elements as he explains them. This may require a number of revisits, particularly if you are unfamiliar with Deepak’s writings.
However, having a conceptual understanding of the complete picture may make your reality make more sense to you; and knowing that you created it and can choose to change it whenever you choose, could be life-changing for you.
